Delivery
We use DPD couriers for all our Ireland, UK and some European deliveries. We also from time to time use An Post for international orders. Free delivery is standard throughout Ireland for all orders above €70, orders under €70 will incur a delivery charge of €5.95.
Returns
We do not accept refunds on personalised items accept where the item is materially flawed or there has been an error in personalising eg typos on our behalf.
All our mugs are transported in cardboard boxes and are well wrapped to avoid damage however, if your items do arrive damaged please keep all packaging and contact us immediately. Once we receive the items, we will forward a replacement or refund.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
